Hi there, my name is Richard (a.k.a. Ricky) Keiichi Yamauchi, Jr. I have just started on the “Help Desk” for Staff Development. I should be able to help you with various computer problems such as e-mail questions (getting in, attachments, forwarding, etc.), screen savers, Applications (Word, Excel, Access, etc.), virus problems, internet questions (ftp, HTML, searches, etc.), and various troubleshooting problems. This is only an example of things I can help with, if you’re not sure if I can help, it won’t hurt to ask, and I’ll do my very best.
